Shallow Blue Mahoe Bowl

Shallow bowl made out of rare Blue Mahoe wood, finished with Odie's Oil.

Note this bowl features some open cracks around knots naturally occurring in the wood.

About 5.5 inches in diameter and 1.75 inches tall.

Note: Odie's Oil is a food safe finish, but I do not recommend using my bowls as full food bowls (especially liquids and hot food). Many domestic woods, like maple, are generally considered safe overall, but there is always a chance (though usually low) with exotic woods for allergic-type reactions. This is why my bowls are categorized as decorative and I generally recommend them for non-food or dry food purposes.
